Current tenant here. The place is filled with mold and mildew. Two cockroach infestations in less than a year, which I didn't cause. I have incurred water damage TWICE, and now my bedroom is unusable due to a recent water leak that damaged my ceiling. Though they "fixed" the problem according to WSP code standards, I am left with a persistent mildew/musty odor for the remainder of my tenancy and have to haggle to request a rent reduction. Quinton was nice, efficient a successful! Not to mention fast!
Staff is friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a lot of grocery stores nearby. Parking isn't the best especially on the weekends. The laundry is never available because the same 3 people use all the machines at once. It's selfish but you're better off paying for off-site laundry nearby. Even though there's doggie bags available, people still let their dogs go anywhere, where kids play. Some things management could work on reinforcing.
