Great people kind staff good community
I’ve lived here for 9 years and the management is just like any other place. There’s no problem with the water. I don’t know what people talk about that hate it here. If a guy thinks there’s a rat infestation it’s in his own gawd dang house. There’s a spring fed year-round creek, bullfrogs, owls, raccoons, coyotes, squirrels, possum, skunk, beautiful natural greenery, and It’s always 5 to 10° cooler near the creek with bridges across over elephant ear ferns with 4 foot wide leaves.
