I’ve been living at Oakdale Heights for almost a year now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, everything has been great. Mike and Debra, the resident managers, are amazing—so friendly, always willing to help, and truly attentive. It’s a real comfort knowing I can count on them whenever I need something. My experience with this apartment was terrible, mainly due to the discriminatory and unethical behavior of the management team, Mike and Debra. From the outset, it was clear that they treated us with discriminatory attitude.On top of that, they engaged in dishonest practices and made excuses when we questioned and they didn't had any answer to that. I lived on Oakdale Avenue for a year, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my time there, I faced consistent issues with unprofessionalism and, even worse, racism from the employees. Debra, Mike, and Chris were particularly unhelpful and often hostile in their interactions, which made my stay even more challenging. I've lived at Oakdale Heights for 2 and a half years now and I love it here. The management team is amazing and they always go above and beyond for their tenants. The building is always well kept inside and out!
