The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and management is friendly, professional, and responsive whenever anything comes up. My roommate and I have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it. Mike is great and super helpful, he helped us install a tv and our air conditioning units, when we moved in he offered to help us install or set up anything we needed. he has always been extremely kind. We know we can always rely on him. The building is always clean and well maintained.
Mike the property manager was amazing and showed us everything and answered all our questions perfectly and clearly. The 2 bedroom apartments that we looked at were in the process of being cleaned and I couldn't even tell they were in need of cleaning, the standards of the apartments before accepting new residents is extraordinary. If I could rate this higher I would, thank you Mike for showing us around and being incredibly friendly and helpful.
