I usually have good experiences at this location, but my recent visit was not so great. The nurse started by asking us to list all the medications my dad took by their full medical names, even though she had the full list with her, and then went on to list them for us, only to then judge us when we didn't know the full names (because we're regular people who can't recall the full medical names of all our meds). The staff here is so helpful and nice! Starting with scheduling, then to front desk, nursing, audiologists and doctors. I can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about patient care and they truly listen to what you have to say! I would also like to mention that the doctors bedside manners are exceptional. I feel they really care about your well being and help find the best solution for you!
All staff at Oakdale ENT is amazing!!! Front desk was very welcoming and check-in was done in a timely manner. I had a great experience overall and felt well taken care of and listened to through my entire appointment.
Doctors don't care about their patients, to them is just numbers. I get to the office for my 1:30 appointment, and was told the appointment was at 1:15 and Doctor left to beat the snow. Let's check the facts: - I got an email with the time and date stamp. I called in and was confirmed time and date. (All these done the previous week). - Apparently the Doctor forgot they lived in Minnesota, and every year it snows.
