Ed and Jimi gave stellar service and excellent advice.
I just got in from a 2 hour ride and felt a bit dirty and sweaty. I realized my helmet was 5 years old and needed to be replaced. As I was trying to figure out the differences between the helmets, Ed called out to me and came over to help. I loved that he remembered my name. I loved that he helped me with a simple helmet purchase even though it was a busy Saturday. I’ve been to other bike shops. This is the shop that sets the bar for all other shops.

I've taken a few bikes in to get serviced, I ride up to the service door, before I can get off my bike the door opens and a friendly staff member greets me. They take my bike into the shop and always fix it to perfection! Thank you OBS!!!
Best bike store ever. Staff is very awesome and I definitely recommend.
I went here for the first time to just get a flat repaired. These guys were friendly, social and actually cared about your satisfaction! Greated my daughter and made her feel included which as a parent l, that always helps! Went back a few days later and again received the same treatment and knowledge. Found my next bike there and I don't know if the bike is a "good price" or not but honestly don't even care.
