Thankyou for Everything! I know its been busy because the Corona virus has had everyone on a bike and now these cheap made bikes that were sold out in Wal-marts for so long now need repairs.
We have tried to give OBS our business repeatedly and now we are done. Two different times we dropped of parts for repair and/or ordered parts and they never called to tell us parts were in, or even more frustrating to tell us they could not fix our problem. They have been very rude to both of my sons and my husband. My son asked for some help on ordering parts and they rudely told him they did not have time to help him. I don’t have time to explain all of the ways this business has let us down.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff are super helpful plus they are big supporters of Team in Training.
I finally found a bicycle shop where they help me to find what is best for my ride, where the service department provides excellent service on my bikes with a personal touch, and answer honestly my questions. I look forward to visiting this bike shop even though it is 10 plus miles out of my way and they organize some great rides. Nice to have a bike shop like this in our area.
