My parents are having an awful experience with their recent Oak Creek Home purchase. They were sold a lot model in substandard condition, which they were unaware of until its arrival. The insulation is wet, the floors are bubbling throughout, it has had leaks and other issues that haven't been fixed. They are having to seek outside help as the sales and service team have been less than helpful
