Awful! Describes this place best
Do not rent from this place. Maintance doesnt listen office doesnt listen. You tell them somethings broke and they rig it up. Alot of messed up things upon moving in and somehow i feel ill still lose my deposit. Very pourly insulated and thermal sealed (experianced insulator). Major heat or ac loss through exterior wall. Which keeps the unit runnin causing a high electric or gas bill. Terrible thermostats even after reporting it dont read correctly so the system can never regulate cycles. My pregnant daughter and 2 grand childten live there. Ac hasnt worked for 3 days now. Its o0 degrees in her upstairs apartment and the wayer is undrinkable. Ive neen there on several occasions so i know. She had to go stay in a motel room because of ac not working. NOT OK! They ate slum lords. For 1000 a month tent we expect way more!
Wost apartment complex ever! Water has calcium buildup that ruins everything and turns dishes white. The water is often so yellow you can't even take a shower in it and it takes hours to run through. There are bugs and spiders galore! I have been without an air conditioner for over two weeks in July and there is still no estimate on when I get a new unit. I have contacted corporate and nobody ever returns my calls. On top of that they are making me pay full rent when I can't even stay in the apartment because it gets so hot!... read more
Not any big issues living here per say. Me and my girlfriend tolerated the bugs, horrible water, paper thin walls and cheaply built apartments. I didn't have any issues with staff. We moved out and they are trying to charge us for the carpet which we did not stain since we noted on our move in check in sheet. I would never recommend living here. There are much better options for the price.
Cannot wait yo get out of here! You can hear everything through the walls, and the place is literally falling apart! Worst move ever! I talk to people all the time who say they are thinking about moving here, I strongly advise them to look elsewhere. The fist day we moved in we were up all night scrubbing the place down it was so disgusting.
