The apartment was in dire conditions. As shown in the pictures attached, the vents were filthy; the smell was noxious; the doors (and the frames) were gross; there were stains on the bathtubs; and the washer and dryer were in awful condition. Simply put, the apartment was unsanitary and posed a clear health hazard. Despite multiple requests, not much has been done by the Company.
Maintenance team - 4.5/5 Stars Front Office/Property Management Company - 0/5 ZERO STARS The front office/property management company is completely incompetent. Nothing but spam emails, mixed messages and shifting due dates for tenants that have been here for years. Why? No answers, just more problems. Your tenants deserve better service, so I would like to give you ZERO STARS. Do better!
This place is trash again. I moved here in 2021. Every year it's been new management. Some worse than others. They were incompetent, forgetful, neglectful, and rude. Then we got Lyn. And as other comments say, she was fantastic! For whatever reason, new management started months ago, and the change has been noticeably lackluster. They do not care about you. I have been waiting SIX (6) DAYS for my AC to get fixed. AC in Florida.
We applied months ago and were promised a lease for weeks. All we got were excuses. We called and emailed for months.
