Our experience with Lewis was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the Sequoia and other models we asked about. We never felt pressured, yet felt that we were fully informed thanks to Lewis. We hope Lewis is still there when we're looking to trade in our 4-Runner in a few years.

Gettel toyota is always very professional..never any sneak repairs...I am always given a list of suggestions with pricing,,,and always the decision to make the repairs or not is up to me. I bought a Corolla last March and the process was handled in a respectful and courteous fashion. The total opposite of another local dealer. There was no pressure and my salesperson, Javiar, was extremely helpful and low keyed. I went in for my first "free" service and everyone was polite, efficient, and friendly.
