This place is disturbingly unlivable, poorly maintained and dangerous conditions occur when property is being worked on. Every room in my girlfriend's apartment has mold growing throughout the base of the floor and in the closets and bathrooms. One of the maintenance guys came in while the kids were home without warning or permission. There isnt a better place to live. The management, the maintance guys are all awesome. The neighbors are great too. The place gets a lot of flack for things from way in the past and disgruntled people but i have lived here for more than 10 years total now, even lived here back when it was called fonda del so, i was just a small child then at that time the place was in decline. but in the last 10 years that i have lived here this place has gone through some great improvements and its a very enjoyable place to live.
Funny how people who got denied, or evicted have alot to say. As any apartment complex it is what you make of it.

Yes there are better places, but for the price this is fantastic! It's all about what you make of it. I have met truly nice neighbors. The community is friendly and the grounds are clean. The area is peaceful for the most part. Love love love the ducks!!!!!!
