For getting over $35,000 a month and look like we live in section 8 housing it is the worst.
The Oakboork great was excellent to work with. They did a great job of supporting us while we went through our entire process. It took awhile for us to finally find our place, but we wouldn't have been able to find it without the support of this Bryant, Tony, and the Oakbrook team.
I've worked with Bryant for a number of years, looking at commercial spaces across Madison. No pressure to get a deal done, patient, always picks up the phone. The strong reputation is earned, I highly recommend giving Bryant a call for your next project.
8 twenty apartments a disaster of a place to reside with poor Management.
Oakbrook is in my opinion. They do not have good maintenance upkeep on over half of their buildings. They have roach infestation in over half of their buildings even ones that are downtown ones on the North side have roaches and mice and to talk about their accounting they have told me that I owed large amounts and it turns out that the balance was zero so their accounting department also sucks they are not nice to their tenants they treat them like less than human because they are in poverty
