I love it here.5 stars for sure but people sho give 1 stars are those sho jist have poor experiences and don't like it here. Hardwood floors Very spacious living room and apartment alone. Only downside is the narrow stairway up to your place and moving furniture ah well Still got everything moved in :) aside from that property is very well kept up. Lots of dog areas and dog bags to pick up. Very well organized with right now the roofs being redone . great signs of manager Danielle and the staff and maintenance are all proact... read more

I came to live here a year ago when a different manager was working, named Aaron. He was a little disorganized, despite his friendliness. A few months later Danielle began working as active manager, and she did an absolutely wonderful job improving on the property and helping others. I moved at the end of last month because I needed a larger space for my roommates, and even while doing that she made sure the entire process went smoothly. I have lived here for years and absolutely feel like this place is my home, full of my extended family. I've met so many friendly and amazing people here I don't ever want to leave.
I've been living here for 7 years now and I love it. The staff is amazing and I can't think of any other place that I'd like to live.
This place has been a Godsend! I was recently promoted at work and needed to relocate from California in less than 3 weeks. They were so friendly (Danielle) & made the transition here so easy! Just simply awesome people. Very considerate and made this move so simple. I'd called other apartment complexes ands they were unwilling to work with us, but Danielle helped us so much and made the process so simple. I'd recommend these apartments anytime. The actual apartment was so clean and pet friendly. So much room here.
I love this place! It is not just an apartment, but a home. The Oakbrook staff work hard and do their best to make each family's new apartment feel more like a home. This is a community to be a part of if you are willing. I love it!
