Had an issue with the hot water heater and it was fixed promptly, much appreciated 👍
The manager does not deal with household problems until 6-8 months later. Overpriced, rude, and immediate problems upon move-in.
Management isn’t really available, The app you use to pay online the information to contact her is incorrect and or not filled out Repairs and maintenance is never done reporting it on the app simply auto completes it like it was finished after placing it Ive been warned by many neighbors that Nothing gets done or to be careful asking for help The few times Ive talked to her, she gives off a nice face but seems to just speak sweet nothings about helping or understanding. from at least my experience Overpriced apartments.
