Had two inner ear surgeries in 2024, Feb & Aug. Communication prior to 1st surgery was difficult. Rushed out of recovery room after surgery.. Communication for second surgery was unnerving. No confirmations until last minute everything was a go, did not tell me how much I owed until I showed up day of for second surgery. This place does business with a scam medical device company called Therapeutic Solutions Inc. The nurse waits until you're prepped and in the bed before telling you to sign paperwork for a leg compression device that is supposedly necessary and covered by insurance. A year later I get a bill for ~$500 for what insurance rejected as excessive. The itemized charges show $230 for a pair of the cheapest compression socks I've ever seen. Everyone I came in contact with was so incredibly nice and caring. They made sure you were comfortable and experienced no pain. Dr Addickes did a knee replacement on me 2 days ago and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Thank you!
What a patient friendly center! The service, staff, and professionalism are simply outstanding! This is our second time at this facility and Dr. Chang gave my fiancé ( Maria)everything she needed to make her surgery a pain free experience Thank you all so much!
