We recently moved here and shopped around for a vet for our two dogs. We tried one in Hoover (upon recommendation) and were very dissatisfied with the service and follow up. I did more research and came across Oak View. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the Vet spent time with me and my dogs to go over their appointment. Dr Robinson and Julie are the absolute best!! We recommend them to everyone, especially if the vet isn't their dogs favorite place.
Switching vets is never easy, especially when you have a 100 pound dog who is terrified of everything, including strangers. But let me just say, I am SO thankful you guys are the first vet I tried after moving to the Pelham/Helena area! I can NOT thank Dr. Katie Stipes, Julie, and the rest of the amazing team at OV for taking such great care of my babies for the first time today! I looked and looked for a good vet since we are new to the area and I struggled to find a place to take out new puppy. But after reading all the excellent reviews I knew we had found the right vet. They were wonderful with our little Ruby Sue (Shih Tzu). I highly recommend them...from arriving to leaving it was an awesome experience! Very caring and never felt rushed. Every step was explained and our questions were answered in detail. Thank you so much Dr. Stipes, Julie, and Lee!
