Dr Robinson is great . They always follow up with any care delivered and treat your pets like they would your family.
We have used Oak view for 15 years now , since our first fur baby was a puppy. Dr. Price and Dr. Robinson have been there for us every step of the way through the good times and the bad. Julie, Brandy, and Sydney are also amazing and just plain caring individuals. The groomer is wonderful and was less expensive than the local big brand grooming place we had used in the past. I had a great experience. The staff was timely, extremely nice, and kept me informed of my dog’s condition through the day. They even called the next day to check on her. I’ll be back very soon!
Brandy who answers the phone is always extremely pleasant. Dr. Whit has been our vet since he had his own practice at Riverchase Animal hospital on 261 and at Southlake Animal hospital and now at Oak View Hospital. He's been our vet through losing several of our cats over the years. Dr. Whit's assistant is always so kind; I cannot call her name. We feel that our fur babies and we are always well taken care of.
From the front desk to Dr. Stevens everyone has always been wonderful as well as very helpful. I can’t say that about the other vet clinics. Although, I go to Oakview animal clinic in Pelham and they are also just as wonderful!
They take great care of my dog and wild child, Maisie. She loves coming to see the office kitties. Very responsive and keep you reminded of recommended check ups!
I wish there was a 100 stars to give this practice. I was referred by my neighbor. My puppy was 8 weeks old and in bad shape. I have never met a more caring and professional practice from initial encounter to diagnosis. Dr. Early is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate vets I have ever met.
