Beat dentist that I have ever been too! Very friendly staff and take care of their clients as if they were treating family!
I was concerned about my 8 year old daughter as her adult teeth seemed to be growing in behind her baby teeth. I reached out to Oak Valley Dental to get advice on what to do and they were able to get her in the very next day for Dr. Shu to check it out. Upon looking he reccomended extracting her baby teeth to make sure the adult teeth could grow in properly. My daughter was very scared, he explained everything to her in words she would understand. I just had a cleaning and X-rays done at oak valley dental and the service was outstanding. My teeth feel amazing right now. So clean and fresh. Dr Shu is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. I may have potentially fallen in love with hygienist Kati she’s so beautiful. Luckily I need more work done so I get to go back to see her:-). This place rocks.
I’ve been going there before it was Oak Valley Dental and when Dr Shu came in it was a great transition for me. Really puts you at ease and informs you of the best treatment solutions for your long term dental health. Really great staff Very caring and professional. Also they work with your schedule to get you in for your visit.
5/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I recently asked for recommendations for a dentist in my local neighborhood Facebook group in Canyon Hills (Lake Elsinore), and was astounded that well over 90% of the respondents wholeheartedly endorsed Oak Valley Dental. So of course we took our 7-year old daughter. We were very happy with the service, the reasonable prices, the friendly and very helpful staff, and their embrace of technology - I made the appointment over messenger. We’ll be returning for all of our dental needs.
Going to school for and working in the dentistry field I tend to be VERY picky on who I choose to see. Well let me tell you, if you are looking for a CLEAN, modern, up to date with technology, honest, affordable and FRIENDLY dentist look no further! Dr and his staff are beyond exceptional! Each take their time and make you feel like their own. We definitely found our forever dentist home here in CA.
We have gone to this dentist for years, and have never been disappointed. We have recommended them to friends and family. Dr. Shu is the best, and the staff is amazing! Everything is aesthetically pleasing, and state-of-the-art. They are very caring, kind, and knowledgeable.
