Do not bank at this bank if you are a person of color!! I received a Cashier's check from this bank from the sale of a house, it was electronically put in this bank and I was given a cashier's check. When Bank of Stockton said Oak Valley would not verify funds I called Oak Valley and spoke to the Manager who sign the cashier's check and was told they didn't like 2 large transactions in the same day, come back MONDAY..So DO NOT take your business to this bank!!!
