We went to Oak Valley Community Bank and had the worse experience ever. Tina Dudley failed to check the last name on Drivers License Versus the last name on the netspend card. My daughter inlaw has two last names and on her card it only had one of the names instead of both but her driver license and social security card matches. I even showed the tax return and she wasn't going to allow the cash advance after she already ran the card. She was trying to reverse a $4,000 cash advance. One of the greatest banks in town! I opened The Bill and Sallie Ann Bower Animal Rescue Foundation located at the Oak Valley Community Bank in Stockton. Lori Strasser was a tremendous help to me. I am forever grateful for the wonderful service and compassion for this very difficult time in my life and the Bill and Sallie Ann Bower family. Blessings to you and your staff.
