My husband and I have had the privilege of living at Oak Vale for just over 2 years, and we can safely say that is it the best apartment complex we have ever lived in! The complex is beautiful, under the canopy of huge trees and on the edge of a serene forest. You will see this is the best rated development in Corvallis on Google. There are multiple reasons for that. We have been living at Oak Vale for a couple of months and so far everything has gone as smoothly as possible. Erin and Nikita, from the management team, are really approachable and will deal with requests really quickly (especially maintenance). Yes, this is a place that WILL do maintenance when needed. Oak Vale has been a delightful place to live. Management is helpful and transparent in policies, and the policies are much faster than anything in Corvallis. The apartments are affordable and are very high quality (especially the countertops). I greatly enjoyed my time here.
Overall, the living here was not terrible. I would say between 2-3 stars. The parking in the section we lived in was stupid. Always had to walk far because there are no lines in the parking lot so people would take up two cars worth of spots for no reason. The apartments are old, dingy but not unlivable. The floor had a giant low spot, and the place was dirty when we moved in.
