Great management including occasional fun programming/breakfasts in the central building. I am moving out this month and they are being easy to work with regarding that.
Oak Vale Apartments is a really nice community with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The property is clean and well maintained, and the shared spaces feel like a great place for residents to relax and spend time. Lacy at the front office was especially friendly and helpful when I stopped by. She took the time to chat for a few minutes and made the visit a great experience. It’s clear the team there cares about the property and the people who live there.
My husband and I lived at Oak Vale for 8 years. We loved the nature and critters that surrounded this complex and how friendly all of our great neighbors were. Managers Erin and Matt are incredibly kind and caring people. Any maintenance issues were fixed immediately and all of the maintenance crew members were very polite and professional. My husband and I have had the privilege of living at Oak Vale for just over 2 years, and we can safely say that is it the best apartment complex we have ever lived in! The complex is beautiful, under the canopy of huge trees and on the edge of a serene forest.
