It's a very good place to live from my point of view. The rent is affordable for low income people. We live in a three bedroom apartment and it's only 18,000 a month compare to other three bedroom apartments in San Jose. They insect every now and then and it's understandable if you have to pay for damages that you have made because when we moved in everything was good.
