From the tenant side Ray was great to work with. Very responsive with any maintenance issues. Rented from him for three years.
Utilized Raymond's service for a number of years. Pros: Reporting was good, payments generally made in a timely manner. Cons: Poor customer service, very difficult to reach if you needed help. Ended up going with a different property management company that has staff to answer the phones, and good customer service. To my knowledge, Oak Tree is a one man show.
