I scheduled an appointment in March for June . I have been a patient here for years. I was informed that I would have to be considered a new patient since it had been a while. My appointment was scheduled for June 5th….the earliest available. I arrived on time to be told that no “new” patients were being accepted because the doctor is retiring. A simple phone call or letter would have been appreciated! Thank goodness my issue wasn’t an emergency or possibly needing surgery…I am extremely disappointed!!!
Staff is awesome! The doctor saved my toenail from the damage Dr Huegel did to it. It has taken a long time but my toenail is almost completely healed!
Awesome staff of people.
