Very unprofessional people … the management sucks
I had been a resident of Oak Tree for years now and I was very happy with my apartment and especially how quick the manager Delia took to assist me with any maintenance problems. She was always helpful with me and my family even when it did not pertain to the apartment. Never rude but always made sure to have EVERYONE abide by the lease rules. If I could give Oak Tree no stars, I would. Starting with the manager, Delia Ramirez: The first time I met her she was very rude. Not only is she rude, but she makes sure you have a terrible time living there, and, through her actions, she lets you know you are not welcomed. Furthermore, the wall of the apartments create mold during the winter not to mention your living room will get really wet when it rains because the floor is uneven.
