My cat has been there twice and we have had only positive experiences with the staff and the doctors. If your appointment is for 2:00, they see you at 2:00. I wish human doctors were so punctual. :)
I called at 454pm and they saw us at 0800 the next morning. They were patient and friendly with our cat and totally took care of her without extra expense ! By the way our cat is doing great - hasn't thrown up since our visit there! I highly recommend them
Dr. Christine (and her staff) truly cares about animals and their parents. I"ve never had less-than-stellar experience there. It feels like Dr. Christine remembers my Poms between visits.
My daughter got her 1st puppy for Christmas. Oak tree was great and Tank was scared when we walked in but in seconds he was not. Awesome!!!
Dr Christine and her staff were so compassionate and caring at a very difficult time for our fur baby. They always treated her and us with dignity and respect. When it was time to make that difficult decision, Dr Christine was right there beside us loving on Missie and comforting us. Many thanks to them for taking care of Missie and her humans. I would recommend Dr Christine and her staff to everyone.
Dr. Christine and her staff do an amazing job of keeping my zoo happy and healthy. They are incredibly compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. I drive all the way from East Memphis to bring my animals to Dr. Christine -- that's how much I love these folks! As long as I live in the Midsouth, this is the only vet I'll take my furkids to.
