My husband's grandmother is a resident and she has been in the vest care possible. It has been such a relief to know that she is constantly looked after compared to living on her own in a house she couldn't manage herself anymore. They have wonderful activities for the residents and our own dogs were able to participate in the dog show which brought a lot of joy to many of the residents there.
My father has Alzheimer's and he was allowed to stay with my mom on the first floor longer than I had expected him to be. This just shows what caring people work at Oak Trace. Thank you for being there for both my parents!!!!
My dad was cared for at Oak Trace for around 4 months. In that time, I saw staff that goes above and beyond. When my dad returned from the hospital, the staff hugged and kissed both him and my mom. It became obvious to me that the staff on the floors view this as much more than a job. My dad passed away a week ago. My mom and I both know that he spent his final days getting the best care he possibly could.
Nightmare. Please don't send anyone you love here.
My friend is a resident and I spent hours there yesterday. It was an uplifting experience. Your activities aide Shanna is just one of the remarkable staff members I saw working so hard to bring a good quality of life to your residents!
I started working for the salon two weeks ago. I loved it! Loved the staff and residence, it is truly a life experience I will always remember. I will always remember everyone that sits in my chair. The stories we share. I promise to make everyone look and feel the best.. I am for now a hairstylist going to all different locations. But I love this place.
