I have been a resident of PTLA living at the New OAK Terrace complex for almost two years now. The staff and property management have been excellent in ensuring that the property is well maintained, communication is stellar, always on top of any requests and working with tenants during hardships (if any). We have been living here for about two years now. Between that time, 7 out of 8 apartments changed tenants…I think that says a lot. Things just keep falling apart: towel bar broke, mirror door doesn’t move, bath tub keeps clogging. They only have two washers and two dryers. One time one of the washers was broken for weeks. Our heater broke and was leaking carbon monoxide which poisoned us…Our final straw are the neighbors that have moved in. The parking situation has been so frustrating.
