The Masters "NP", Miss Akwa, who heads, I assume, the medical team there was less and I repeat, LESS than parr. Yes, 'sub standard' in her disapline. Oak Street Health continues to call me numerous times weekdays and on Saturdays to remind me to setup an appointment. Although I am no longer a patient and Oak Street Health is no longer my PCP. I have requested that they no longer contact me. I have made this request verbally and by email. However they are insistent and continuous call me from different phone numbers. Take this review very seriously. Okay: 1. Lots of great reviews of this York, PA office. Okay: 2. A beautilful facility. 3. A TRULY, TRULY "awesome" Intake/ 'vitals' gal named Kara in the exam area. THE VERY, VERY BEST! These are the ONLY positive aspects/ features of my two office visit I had at this location.
