First, I want to commend the NP whom I receive most of my care because she is exceptional (5 Stars) in caring, treating, recognizing subtle clues, and referring when necessary. With that being said, I have had a mediocre experience with response by mostly all other team members.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Not once, not twice, but 3 times they dropped the ball on my mother. Claim to want to keep people healthy all while running their patients in circles and then treating them like garbage when things are brought to their attention that aren't being done per the way these certain situations should be handled. Have made complaints only to have been treated even worse after complaints were made, almost in retaliation. I highly recommend NOT bringing loved ones here. Oak Street health is awesome. I told them on the phone that I was having chest pains. They told me to go to the ER. But I didn't my pains got better. Oak Street health. Called me but I didn't answer.they called the police for them to a well-being check on me. That was that oak Street health did that for me. I never heard of doctor's office does that for there patience . Amen very happy with them
