The actual office is great. What makes this place suck is the fact that you CANNOT contact your actual office! You go to some stupid worthless call center, somewhere in the US. You will NEVER reach your doctor's office. So fat chance getting your info sent anywhere or prescriptions filled or referrals sent. Fat chance getting in when your sick and need to be seen now. Due to pcp failures to properly treat, I decided to go to Oak Street Health even though I had to wait over a month for my appointment. My first appt. was with PA Jodi. I could not have been more impressed with her engaged professional consultation. She took her time to listen - a rarity these days. She did more in one visit than all my pcp visits combined and made arrangements to catch my medical care up to date. All staff was engaging, upbeat, professional.
