Oak street health contacted me advertising their services. How they could better serve me than my existing doctor, and how they could also provide me with transportation. I went ahead and gave Oak Street health a chance. I made the appointment to addresses my existing knee pain. The doctors and his assistant asked many questions about my emotions and they told me that I was depressed. They told me i needed to see a psychologist. Facility was clean and orderly, staff was well mannered and professional, information exchange good. I am still in the rapport building stage.
Worst medical care i have ever received. Each time I make an appointment, they call the day before to cancel. No offer to reschedule. I have been trying to get blood work done for over a year. For my own health I have to find a different doctors office. All my high hopes have been dashed.
