Professional. Friendly. Beginning at the entrance w/security. Front desk. The M.A., physician, Dr. Alis Vinidas...excellent service. Great communication, good listeners.
Been going here since the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been good all things considered. No negative experience to speak of. The team here is great.
I've been here a few times with my service dog. My last visit there, was just that, my last visit. They denied me access with my service dog. They said I had to have one of four disabilities on their piece of paper to be able to have my service dog there. What they did is against the law. They will be reported to Michigan civil rights and I will be contacting the ADA as well.
Good experience.
