I switched health care providers AND my secondary insurance to go to them EVEN THOUGH I LIVE 2 CITIES AWAY ( because the commercials RAVED about their care). They claim you can get "same day" or "next day" care if your sick. They have canceled on me twice because their ( MY) provider had a family emergency ( called out is more likely) It delayed my medicare yearly wellness visit that usually happens in January/ February, an here it is in the middle of APRIL! Many times I ask for a dietician for hypothyroidism . They sent me to a person for the dash diet. I already knew about the dash diet. It was a waste of time. I asked for referral for a specialist for a doctor who specializes in thyroid. I have recived no recommendations for the specialist.
Very concerned and very Friendly staff
Very convenient; very easy to schedule. Every single person I have come in contact with has a pleasant personality and seems to want to make a connection. I mentioned some concerns on my initial visit and every one was heard and addressed. (I had loved my former PHP, but everything had to be done online, she had limited availability, and her staff was intolerable.)
