Don't go to Oak Street Health if you want good senior medical care. My first visit I wasn't feeling well. Went to the visit and they told me to go to the ER because the first visit was a new patient visit. Why would that make a difference? I was meeting my new primary care doctor. Seems like they would have gladly seen me for my sinus infection and new patient to establish rapore. Leave and go to the ER? Never went back. I suggest you find a different place to get health care. Oak Street Health Care is shady, In my opinion.
The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a lot of assistance with medical and activities for my sister who recently moved here.
First time experience was great am going to keep going. They cared what I had to say.
