Front desk staff released my medical information ( contained in a letter) to me without verification it was me picking up the documents. This is a hippa violation. Data breach and fraud is rampant and this practice should not be allowed.
Been having issues getting an appointment. Or it's a monthly.. need to be seen and I can't get in touch with my doctor when needed.
