Horrible network they lose paperwork can never get a response back from them on things when you need them to. Too many layers of people to go through to get things done. Each time I went I had a different physician. Requested call backs never received a call back. Was told my first visit would be a tour not a full on drawn out appointment horrible customer service.
Everything was great everyone was very nice and professional
The Front Desk Lady's are very professional, Alejandra, Rosalyn, and Chalyssa courteous, pleasant and patient with all the patients when they come in, Dr. Luisa is very sweet and thorough, I enjoy OSH on Buckner.
Fantastic care for my dad who is 106 years old! Thank you Oak Street!
