The people there were very professional.So glad I switched to Oak Street.My experiences have always been great.I have no complaints at all.
Very friendly staff and the doctors take the time to talk to you about any issues you are having.
Horrible network they lose paperwork can never get a response back from them on things when you need them to. Too many layers of people to go through to get things done. Each time I went I had a different physician. Requested call backs never received a call back. Was told my first visit would be a tour not a full on drawn out appointment horrible customer service.
Everything was great everyone was very nice and professional
