I went there last year in July just to give it a try. I will not go into reason I decided to find a different Provider. I have lost track of the number of times they have contacted me, and I told them to take me off the list. It now feels like harassment.
Oak street health is Taylor made for seasoned citizens
People at clinic are great. Phone service to try to get to them by phone sucks. Many misinterpreted messages.
If you want to feel belittled this is the place to go! 3 strike and your out!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOU! NOVBER 2ND I WENT IM FOR SEVERE BSCK PAIN. PA WANTED A CT SCAN. DR SAID YOU DONT NEED ONE LIKE I DONT KNOW HOW I FEEL!! 3 MONTHS LATER I END UP IN THE ER ROOM WITH A LARGE KIDNEY STONE OUTSIDE OF MY KIDNEY. THEN SURGERY!! GO WHERE YOU'LL BE LISTENED TO!!
