I have been trying just to get my medication. It's been a month and still no meds. I guess I messed up thinking they would be as good as the advertisement. Not happy with them so far. I've gone to three appointments and waiting to get meds I have been on for about 10 years. One is a mental health medication. I've been without now over a month. (Not good) I have called and called trying to find out what the problem. Guess I'll call again tomorrow. I see now it was a mistake going to Oak Street Health.
Nobody never answers the phone and can anybody send the fax! My mom needs it. Yall really need to do ur job and stop lying about shit getting done. Nothing gets done and we shouldn’t have to keep coming up there to get things done when we already have been there!
I have been trying to get a referral to a neurologist and psychiatrist for 4 months. They have "generated" at least 40 referrals and I still don't have a suitable neurologist or psychiatrist. I'm pretty sure they use AI to, as they say, generate referrals. Haven't seen an actual doctor there yet, either.
My father goes here. I've been extremely impressed by the care provided by Sanaya Lee. She is thorough, communicative, patient, and kind! After searching for months for a geriatric physician in Atlanta, I am very relieved to have found a great one.
They do not return your call back and the people there need to be retrain. Not good at all I would give it a F grade.
