I'm so happy that I made the move from my previous Dr. to Oak Street health. They are so helpful and thourogh about everything. At first there are a lot of questions to be answered, but that is so they can get a good view of your prescriptions and your needs going forward. Carol is my primary and she's been great! No regrets what so ever. I can talk about all of my issues and not be charged extra for discussing seperate issues on my yearly exams. I really impressed by the staff and Carol Stukko. Very happy with the care!! Not happywith the 24 hour answering services! They do not follow thru correctly, they lie and truly I dont trust them.
They are friendly, they go at your pace and don't rush you, and they are very helpful.
