Everyone is super kind very professional you truly feel cared for.
I had minimal expectations when going to Oak Street because it seemed like it was being pushed by my insurance. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The building was clean, the staff was caring, and the facility had everything I know I would need for great medical care. My doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and it feels like I am finally going to receive the best care from my primary physician.
Started off with great care and service. It was a little rocky this past year, but looking forward to a better year. Staff has always been great and helpful.
