On 3/6/24 my elderly aunt had an appointment. They even scheduled for her to be brought in by a Lyft. After arriving the staff informed her and her daughter that she will not be seen today. Asked why was given a smart unprofessional response 😡. She will not be returning to this facility and I will be letting everyone know how they treat the elderly!Â
