I, always enjoy my visit at Oak Street!!
I am a returning recipient who would've given zero stars, then, but now 5 stars because when the Nurse gave me a deep explanation of weighing options on taking my medicine as opposed to not (which was never so clearly lectured and projected in such a visual perspective.) Needless to say, I needed that lecture badly. I couldn't show my gratitude enough. I am deeply indebted to my now primary physician. I felt exactly like that guy in the Oak Street commercial who dances and rolls around in a chair. THAT SATISFIED!
Front desk staff released my medical information ( contained in a letter) to me without verification it was me picking up the documents. This is a hippa violation. Data breach and fraud is rampant and this practice should not be allowed.
