I'm thankful that alternative Medical Group Practices with specific groups of clients in-mind exist nowadays. Finding Oak Street Health, which is specifically available for Medicare members, had been the best fit I've found for myself in Denver CO. The facility was clean and comfortable the staff was very polite professional and inviting I would recommend oak Street to everyone!
The staff is very friendly, but their administrative processes are very inconsistent. The patient care is good but seems too rushed which results in poor communication.
There's a LOT of things that could be done better. For starters, sliding a "new" primary care doctor in on patients is a really poor move. In addition to the doctor not even taking the time to even briefly read my "file" so to speak is quite upsetting on a number of levels. I'm not just a number that you deal with to appease insurance companies in order to get paid or receive funding or approval of some nature. Unfathomably poor care provided with ZERO genuine care for patients. Absolutely vile and infuriating way to treat patients especially after a family members unexpected passing. Reported for potential insurance fraud and complaint filed for negligence as well as a handful of other grotesque violations. These clowns DO NOT listen to patients, they bulldoze right over patients concerns with their repugnant know it all mentality, it's unfathomable and unconscionable.
