Dr. was judgemental, hostile, and insincere. I have found a new practice to meet my needs. Oak street has no medical doctors or even a director to run the place. I think its unethical for a bunch of nurse practitioners running around with no oversight. The last three times i have been ill, they referred me to urgent care centers, unapologetically. I have reported this clinic to DORA and the medical board. I have a lot of time on my hands to stir the pot and i intend to do so.
Never saw a dr only a P.A., they sent my bp meds in wrong and messed me up good pharmacy filled them and now I can't get it fixed for 90 days. I arrived for my last appointment and nobody there. They did not notify me . Very poor choice on my part going there to begin with. Will have to take them to court for damages I incurred. Very bad clinic. Don't make same mistake I did !
I was interrupted mid sentence and sent to another line where I was on hold for several minutes. I called back for another question and felt I was talked down to a little bit. Won’t name who I spoke to each time because I understand this is a difficult job, and perhaps they were busy or I caught them at a bad time, but this was just my experience.
Welcome to the McDonald’s of Healthcare. Go ahead and take a number because that’s all you are to these people. They are more than happy to take your money for your yearly check up, but God forbid you need actual Healthcare. There is not even one actual doctor that works here and the “medical professionals” that do work here do not stay long.
