I had appt 12:30 as a new patient. Apparently, after check in and signed paperwork. After 1:15 No one call me to see a provider that is 45 min As on the receptionist why no one call me to see provider that my appt. Is 12:30. Receptionist said they don't have a PRN they supposed to see me to go over insurance, medical assistant after that then medical provider which is a doctor. I love this place Dr Ivey is awesome so kind and caring everyone here is very caring it's for ppl on Medicare. Dr Iveys MA is one of the coolest chicks to talk to conversation just flows with her. They even provide transportation to and from if needed. Shout out to Eugene he's so cool beans I enjoy talking to him very much. Corina at the front desk she is so funny and an awesome person. Mel one of the drivers is one of the coolest chicks I've had the pleasure of chatting with. Thanks to all of u I r all so much appreciated.
When I came in my blood pressure was sky high. Because of that, my doctor sent for an ambulance to take me to the hospital because of my history with having strokes. She basically saved my life. She took care of me. I thank her very much.
As much as I don't want to put this but I have to there ad on tv says same day appointment or next day so that's the reason why I choose this facility but I'm not feeling well so I called to make an appointment & first of all they had me on hold for 15 minutes and second they were trying to schedule me an appointment for a week or two later WOW what happened to same day or next day appointment so I'm just go to the hospital and put this place on blast
I like the happy people in the Doctors office. Everyone in the office respeks me and treats well.
