The staff is always courteous, prompt, and kind. We’re taking care of my health issues, and hopefully we’ll get me on the mend soon.
If you decide to be a patient here, don't expect to be able to call the office directly. Your call always goes to an answering service. Also, I've been with this clinic for almost 3 years, and have had 4 different doctors. The doctors keep quitting for some reason. Then when trying to get a refill, they don't respond to the pharmacy, so you will have to jump through the phone "hoops" to get hold of someone and HOPE they get it taken care of. I do not recommend this place.
Oak Street does have good doctors but if you get sick you can not get in you have to go to the hospital if you get the flu you cannot get in for antibiotics you have to wait to long for an appointment I do not recommend this place it's always well goto the hospital it's bs there management is awful
