Like the NP and front desk staff. The call center is a joke and rude and the nursing/medical assistant that checks you in prior to the NP seeing you is impatient and not caring. This review is after many calls to the call center and several visits to the office, same experience each time.
Very very poor service. They have rescheduled my appointment 3 times this year. It's always something with a missing physician. Don't waste your time. Front desk is very professional.
I would highly recommend Oak St Health to anyone with Medicare coverage. Carolyn Hays and the entire staff are wonderful from the moment you walk in the door!
THEY ARE AWESOME! MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE THEM! OUR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE HAPPY THAT WE ARE BEING WELL TAKEN CARE OF THERE! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
