The employees know every patient. They care about the patient. My nurse practitioner is well informed of her patients health needs And does what she can to help us understand what we need to do to maintain our conditions
The staff is excellent. But the medical care is sub par. They won't call in my prescriptions on time nor will they call you back. They are too busy to focus on one patients needs. Overbooked and understaffed!!! Trying to find new Dr now. I can't keep playing the games that oak street plays. VERY Disappointed in them!!!!!!!
