Transportation was horrible. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood because you all gave Lyft the wrong address twice. Fortunately for me I had the money to pay for my ride home. I’ve asked for a refund as it was y’all’s responsibility to get me home. I ended up paying $15.98 to go home from your facility. I explained to the front desk that they had my address wrong upon my arrival and was told it had been corrected. Getting a response from you all took a couple of days. I was thinking about checking this place out, glad I didn't waste my time. I read the reviews on everything, and the reviews to this place is horrible from Cleveland to Canton. Let me ask you this... why are all of the oak trees clinics located in shopping plazas?
Oak Street Medical the staff treated me as family. It makes a sick person smile. The doctor took the time to go over each of my medications and give the side effects of them. She pointed out that it's not good to have too much magnesium. And being a Certified Medical Assistant myself, said those with low magnesium have congestive heart failure. She looked surprised that I knew that. So she left that alone. Overall a very good experience.
