The staff is excellent. But the medical care is sub par. They won't call in my prescriptions on time nor will they call you back. They are too busy to focus on one patients needs. Overbooked and understaffed!!! Trying to find new Dr now. I can't keep playing the games that oak street plays. VERY Disappointed in them!!!!!!!
Transportation was horrible. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood because you all gave Lyft the wrong address twice. Fortunately for me I had the money to pay for my ride home. I’ve asked for a refund as it was y’all’s responsibility to get me home. I ended up paying $15.98 to go home from your facility. I explained to the front desk that they had my address wrong upon my arrival and was told it had been corrected. Getting a response from you all took a couple of days. I was thinking about checking this place out, glad I didn't waste my time. I read the reviews on everything, and the reviews to this place is horrible from Cleveland to Canton. Let me ask you this... why are all of the oak trees clinics located in shopping plazas?
