I’m new to this place. I’ve given them a chance and so far I’m Not impressed!!!!! Think twice before you decide on them. I’m really disappointed. They are nothing like they advertise let me just say that! I’m stuck with them for now until I can find another primary care physician
I am so angry right now I’m going to try to tell my best why I am angry. I went into Oak Street Health as a new patient at the Valwood in farmers branch office. I went in with complaints of abdominal pain. They took my blood pressure. It was sky high told me that stroke value. I tried to explain I was here for abdominal pain and the pain is so intense that it is putting my blood pressure high and I’m aware of that in response. The answer was well.
