So mad with this place. They took it upon themselves to miscommunication with my mother's endo doc. Absolutely horrible with communication and I'm still waiting for a return phone call about this issue from a week ago
I have had a wonderful experience at Oak Street clinic. All the staff are very knowledgeable and caring. They take the time to answer my questions and they listen.
Yes apparently my health problems doesn't concern you to much I had an appointment with you on Monday June 29th the doctor wrote 3 prescriptions out for me well claims he did so I called the pharmacist to check if they were ready and I was told they were never called in so I called the office and informed them of my situation and they said they would pass it on to them . In the beginning it was great. After that not so good anymore. Calls not returned. 1st nurse Technician is saw. Was great. After that she was too busy to see me again. Passed me off to others. Appointments are like a month out. Even if you need them. Send you for Xrays at facility that do not except Medicare payments for full service. They bill me for a couple hundred even though my deductible has been met. My wife goes to a different Oak Street and has the same issues. Non communication from them as well.
