My initial impression of Oak St. Health Colonia could have been MUCH better. Since the beginning, there have been several "hiccups" in the handling of my matters as a new patient, which causes me to question the competency of some staff members. Oak street is a very good place for older people
After 2 good visits I called in with very bad neck and shoulder pain. I was told i woudl receive a call within 2 hours. I called back after 3hr45min and was told we are busy they will call you before end of day. NO CALL. very disappointing after their bold statements about being a different healthcare caompany. No from my experience. Very sad when you cant even get call back from your PCP and still no call even after their response
