I've been 'quite pleasantly' surprised by the attention afforded me on my initial visit. I'm pleased with the conversation I had with my new Doctor. Quite a 'unique' experience, we'll soon see if they can maintain the superb Service.
UPDATE AFTER WAITING 3 HOURS AT OAK STREET HEALTH WAITING ROOM 376 ACTS LIKE SHE NEVER CHECKED ME IN. THIS IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE AND NOW THEY SAY THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE ME I GAVE THE YOUNG LADY MY CARD AND GAVE HER MY NAME AND NOW THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NO IDEAHere at Oak St Health for a 9:30am appointment. It's 11:15 no one come out to say where a little bit behind will be with you in a minute. The waiting room has filled up and cleared out. Still here .
Great Primary Care Clinic. Friendly staff. Well qualified. Very attentive to your needs and concerns. Assist in any way they can for your medical needs. I would highly recommend.
