They drop the ball will not answer the phones there. They continually reroute you. If you try to go to another clinic they will not release you as a patient. I had to get a Medicare representative to file a case on them so they will do their job. Not a good clinic to go to. Find another place if you can.
Nadine, the NP is excellent. The kind woman who works with insurance has been helpful before. Otherwise, the entire process is extremely frustrating. 6 appointments in a row starting 45 minutes late or more. Today is 57 minutes and still going. Unprofessional behavior from nurses and admin staff overwhelmed. We have had a normal check up appointment take 2 hours and 40 minutes from scheduled apt start date to leaving. I have called complaining about excruciating pain in both my hips. Nothing. I called for some Tylenol 500. Nothing. I called about my sciatica acting up. NOTHING!. All they have done is pass the buck! Now I remember why I left this place before.
If your looking for good health care this place isn't it. HORRIBLE, low grade health care . When you know more then the NP does that should tell you all you need to know. Nasty attitudes., lazy people, this place has to be the worst I have ever come across..
