i will start by saying the only thing i found to be true is the doctor did spend a fare amount of time listening to me about my concerns. but for the rest.. i would not recommend them. waited 2 days for a call back to set up an appointment that never happened ,but they said they would call by 5 pm both days , not Good, the phone center was rude and argumentative. look some where else
I have a no soliciting sign on my door, and I came home to this hanging on the handle in front of it. Please respect our posted boundaries. This is unwelcomed behavior and fosters distrust.
Not good at all! Ran out of medications. Called facility to send message to doctor for refills. Was told they would send message and I would hear the next day. O RESPONSE AFTER CALLING 5 DAYS IN A ROW. Finally went in person and was told by staff the same thing. Again NOTHING. I had NO medications for over 1 week!!!
They used to pick me up. Now they say is there any new rule where they only can go out 7 mi from the building to pick up any patience. I live only 7. 4 of a mile but they can't go .4 to get me.
