I have a no soliciting sign on my door, and I came home to this hanging on the handle in front of it. Please respect our posted boundaries. This is unwelcomed behavior and fosters distrust.
Not good at all! Ran out of medications. Called facility to send message to doctor for refills. Was told they would send message and I would hear the next day. O RESPONSE AFTER CALLING 5 DAYS IN A ROW. Finally went in person and was told by staff the same thing. Again NOTHING. I had NO medications for over 1 week!!!
They used to pick me up. Now they say is there any new rule where they only can go out 7 mi from the building to pick up any patience. I live only 7. 4 of a mile but they can't go .4 to get me.
